Listen to your body

Feeling run down? Feel like you need a nap? Take it. Sometimes a 15 minute power nap can do wonders (that being said, if you never feel rested, it may warrant a call to your healthcare provider). 

Here are a few tips to getting you optimal sleep

Wake up and go to bed within the same 2 hr window every day.


No phones 60 minutes before bed.

Establish a regular bedtime routine.

Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows.

Exercise regularly.

Create a sleep-conductive environment, cool, dark, quiet. No TV in the bedroom. 

Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol close to bedtime. 

Finish eating 2-3 hours before bed
